漆を１年かけて２００回塗り重ねた漆の塊に蒔絵をしたピアスです。
溜漆と白漆を２００回重ねて作った漆の板を切り出して、キューブ状の形にして、ところどころ緑の漆を塗り、２面には金箔を押しています。
揺れると渋い漆と金箔の対比が美しく映えます。
耳元を美しく彩る、そんな素敵な一品をお楽しみいただければと思います。

These earrings feature maki-e (lacquerware) on a block of lacquer that has been applied 200 times over the course of a year.
A lacquer board made from 200 layers of urushi lacquer and white lacquer is cut into a cube, coated with green lacquer in places, and gold leaf pressed onto two sides.
The contrast between the subdued lacquer and the gold leaf is beautiful when the earrings sway.
